Izzie would suggest borrowing "The Artist's Way" from any old local library. You will either love or loathe the fluffy bunny new age 'inner child' stuff.

A lot of Australians would find that kind of thing very wishy washy. It just screamed "Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting"
But the basic principle once you sift through the fluff and stuff are very useful. Izzie has never ever needed an excuse to do an 'artist's date' just happened to call it something else

The sequel Walking in this World (http://www.amazon.com/Walking-this-World-Practical-Creativity/dp/1585422614/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302525468&sr=8-1) is much much better. It is more down to earth and grounded with lots of sensible practical ideas.
Not sure how easy it is to get from a library. Got my copy from a school fete for less than a dollar.

Oh there's some more nastiness going on at the toxic waste dump. That will be a topic for the new routine of twenty to thirty minutes squiggling before going online.
Writing is such an amazing way of letting off steam and getting revenge on people who piss you off. A previous boss provided the inspiration for last year's nano novel "A Pattern of Madness" with memos and all

It was set in 2013 with Troy Buswell as the state premier. At the rate he is going with all those new portfolios, he just might get there by then.
Imagine that. Troy Boy as state premier and the Mad Monk as federal PM!
