I couldn't care less for the gendered name (and in fact, I'd rather sign up for "Men of the Trees" rather than "Women of the Trees" because I hate seeing my feminine side emphasized), but Men of the Trees sound seriously like a Pagan religious organization ;) Something like a Druid sect. A Trillion Trees, besides being nicely alliterative, takes the focus from the members and puts it on the purpose.

Yay, congrats with discovering yet another magical place to visit! The cafe sounds good, even if it's just coffee and no bacon ;)
