Yessss. The evil green hat is mainly a winter item. Usually for witchy anniversaries, the solstice and equinoxes.
I love Google Maps. I am assuming it works the same for you as it does in Dursleyville. When I click on a map it shows bus stops. If you click on the bus stop it gives the live times for the next 5 buses due.
It sure saves on having to carry around a bunch of timetables.
Public transport sucks for sensory overload but it is still a lot better than driving. Also a lot safer. I was driving for about 4 years and always hated it. When you drive, you need to have a thousand eyes. I was so glad when I moved to the Lair and could get rid of the 1956 Beetle with the Sieg Heil indicators.
I usually manage to do most stuff off peak but Sunday 9th October was peak on steroids. Today I had a lovely quiet train ride to an exhibition of sculptures including an absolutely adorable Baba Yaga house with chicken legs and all made from recycled materials.
Sorry for being even more snailish than usual with replying. The last time I was on the Big Mac was last Saturday. I just keep procrastinating. You did tell me about the new DW phone friendly posting option which is a lot better than the old page but still sucks if you have to hunt and peck the letters.
I guess the comment page is pretty much the same either way.
