Well the exit date for Brexit was 31st October. You would have thought the association with Halloween would deter anyone from choosing that date. It would actually be appropriate if it had happened because it would certainly be the beginning of a nightmare for all in the UK for theose that deserve it (Brexiteers} and the undeserving (those not suffering from Imperial delusions of former grandeur}.
Hello Oz. Sorry for being such a snail. I was lurking down in Bridgetown for Halloween and came back on Monday only to be greeted with some ridiculous Dursleyish dramas featuring one Vernon Dursley who simply does not understand the word NO!
I was rather disappointed that I missed out on watching the Halloween party of the century. I must say that for some inexplicable reason, Guy Fawkes was a really big thing in Cyberia this year.
Bojo and his Brexiteers should be told - 3 strikes and you are OUT. If I remember rightly, the first date was some time in March this year and I am sure they must have got another extension somewhere in between.
Apparently there is some scandal concerning Russians that Bojo and co are trying to keep quiet. I must say that I am enjoying - if that is the appropriate word - the new series of "Russia, if you're listening...." I remember Aleksandr Litvinenko and the whole Skripal and Salisbury scandal so vividly. The brazenness of it is simply breathtaking
Apparently all those rich Russian oligarchs living in Londongrad are the elephants in the room. I am sure there must be at least one creepy Clive Palmer clone among the lot of them

All Tricks. No treats.
