Soy milk and cinnamon??? Sounds perfectly revolting - well at least the soya milk bit. Izzie's version of chai consists of real moo juice - accept no substitutes with cinammon, ginger, cloves, cardamon and nutmeg with black pepper being an optional extra. The cafes here call it 'chai latte' and most use a rather repulsive sickly syrup as their excuse for the real thing. Tried it once - never again. Pity because they got the spices pretty much right but totally stuffed up with the sugar. The Juicy Beetroot cafe does real chai but they add a bit of fennel seeds which kind of ruins it . They add no sweetener at all but have brown sugar and honey on the tables so you can do it yourself.
Oh and Alan Rickman's sexy Snapish voice - he can Imperio the Izzie any time - we will leave the rest to the imagination ;) Discussions on such subjects are best kept from public view.
