On 60 Minutes there's always at least one suck job produced by the masters of spin - advertising masquerading as content. Usually unsuccessfully and invariably squirm worthy. But it wasn't Tony's lucky day.
Not sure if the serpent was imagining things but the interviewer came across as completely unconvinced about the new nice guy make over. The bit about the lesbian sister who has recently come out makes him look even worse than ever. One of the reasons that Izzie finds sexism particularly insidious aside from possibly being on the receiving end of it is that it is a very special kind of prejudice. It is quite possible to believe 666 impossible things before breakfast about Blacks, Arabs, Muslims, Mormons or any other minority you can care to think of when you rarely have your opinions contrasted with reality because you just don't come across them that often. But unless a man is really a monk in some enclosed order or a member of the military, he is likely to encounter women every day if not actually sharing a house with them. To then insist on maintaining such views in the face of actual evidence is positive proof of a mind completely unwilling or incapable of dealing with reality
I often wonder what happened to the love child who turned out not to be his after all. What a relief that must have been for the kid. But what was particularly interesting was that ever so Holy Saint Anthony could not categorically claim that he was not the father because he had obviously NOT kept himself 'pure' for his wedding night
That in itself would have been no big deal if not for his pronouncements on the value of virginity.
