Dementia has set in as well it seems for the Don. Apparently he forgot about the gift he gave the Queen less than a year ago and Melania had to remind him. But then I'm sure there was no reason he would remember it, he probably didn't give a thought to its selection. Probably some staffer was sent to decide and purchase a suitable gift. It looks like Melania is following Nancy Reagan's role as the Presidential Minder.
