Izzie seems to have finally returned to the realms of rational sanity. Due in no small part to the crisp,crunchy breezy weather but also due to no more work until next year.
But the there's also the grand plan that did not end in a huge disappointment or stuff up
Was suppose to be lugging a large box around while sitting in this cafe before slinking off into the sunset
But instead it will be delivered to the Lair around the same time the gas man is there
The days of the World Wide Wait and spinning beachballs should soon be over
It was actually squigglng at this cafe one day that provided the answer to the question of choosing between a laptop or desktop computer
This critter has got a pissy little keybord that is too tiny for fat serpent paws and a bunch of cranky letters that have to be touched pretty hard - and none of them are q,x or z
But it's light and portable and perfect for quick visits to Cyberia wwhen out and about so wwhat is the point of getting another portable when an iMac gets you so much more bang for the buck?
4gb and a huge screen sounds just so decadent after several years of 256mb snailery
But best of all, will finally be able to snatch that half price copy of Scrivener and say goodbye to google docs forever
But hello to Google Chrome which is supposed to be a nice new toy

And the lateral thinking encouraged by the infamous 101 list has made it all possible
