izmeina: Strange Spiral Clock (Time Turner)
Been meaning to squiggle the last couple of days since there's so much juicy goblin gossip going on at the day job.
But now other than reports from the resident froggie spy - it will be a work free three weeks.
No more management mumbo jumbo until mid November. But that's just in real life
There's going to be lots and lots and lots due to participation in a certain event beginning at the stroke of midnight on Sunday 31st

Had grand plans for Thursday visits to last year's nano cafe - the official one that is.
12 folks turned up for the first Thursday with pens and laptops and cute nano stickers. But the next 3 weeks the numbers rapidly dwindled to one single solitary serpent. Saaad

But it was an excellent opportunity for plotting and planning - having determined beyond all possible doubt that these activities are best kept separate from actual squiggling itself

So was the Izzie ever so surprised to see an update on the local write ins page. No longer last year's Bookcaffe but the cute and quaint Secret Garden cafe which just happens to be a regular Izzie lurking ground after work

It's a place associated with the most magical year of 2002 and for playing with bright shiny new tarot decks so it will be just perfect as a meeting place for other strange squiggling creatures
Only hoping that being down south on the day of the first meeting will not be too big a problem and that there will actually be anyone left by the time of the next meeting

There's a gorgeous garden centre right next door and a supermarket across the road so no need to run short on choccies or pretty weeds to sniff

Izzie's being a two timer this year. Since there's so little happening in the southside group, decided to join the northern one as well. They will be meeting at 2pm on Sunday for the first time. So the question is whether to stick to the original plans of visiting the old historical cemetery in the city which is open only on Sundays 2-4pm or abandoning these plans and joining the nano nuttiness
The new serpent policy of choosing the thing not done before would tend to suggest the latter option. Will have to find something else spooky to do for Halloween.

It's time to slink outside and open a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the first day of three weeks of wicked decadence
