Merry Grinchmas
25/06/2018 11:30 pmScary to think that it is EXACTLY 6 months to Christmas. Also 6 months since the last one which was also a Monday and is always the same day as the following 25th June - ie today unless those nasty pesky leap years go and mess things up
One thing I do know for sure is that Christmas 2017 which falls on a Tuesday this year will most definitely be a Dursley free day
This serpent will lurk at the Lair and hopefully lounge about and bask in the glory of a finally finished decluttering blitz.
This is the season for letting go and lightening up. Time to discard the old serpent skin and start afresh with new bright shiny scales and healthy habits
The Oz financial year is coming to an end this Saturday and July also marks the start of Camp Nano and the annual Ramadan for greenies also known as Plastic Free July
It is just the excuse this serpent needs to draw down on the stash of snacks, cheese and stuff.
I have a pantry stash that a Mormon would be proud of. It is sad and pathetic, this horrid hoarding habit especially now that every mouse in the neighbourhood has gotten wise to the tasty morsels in store
A self respecting serpent should view any mouse as a tasty snack. But when gobbling them is not an option and I have had no luck yet in kidnapping the local cats, got to resort to chemical warfare such as spraying peppermint essential oils everywhere. Not got that stuff yet but tea tree oil seems an effective substitute
Still got to get the stupid millstone of that online course out of the way before I can get back to lots more slinking and squiggling in Cyberia.
3 more weeks should do it. Then will be back in the land of the living
