Glad to hear the temps have gone down and you can get around and do things. Here after á few sunny and pleasant days we're back to gray skies and the rain is supposed to increase. Speaking of rain, it has driven so many cockroachs indoors that every morning I turn on the light and a new lot have appeared after the previous day's slaughter. They climb up the walls and in via the window that I always keep open to avoid the mould growing after all the preceding wetness and they also wander in from the hallway. I prefer not to think about Putin and what he's getting up to but his twitchy finger that is edging closer to the final solution for us all is worrying. It is truly awful what he is doing. But then he got practice in Syria in Aleppo doing this sort of thing. There seems no purpose to this in that all he will get is a bombed out wasteland when he eventually overcomes the brave Ukrainians' resistance. Though there is some hope. The Afghans beat the Soviet Union and drove them out and I'm pretty sure they had even less weaponry than the Ukrainians.
