You mean if you put a link to some site in your post? If they keep the logfiles with the "referrer" headers, and if somebody actually clicks the link, they can find that the link originates from a certain blog post URL, but they can't read the text of the post if it's protected (unless they find a security hole - but if these are found, they are patched very quickly; or unless they manage to bully the blog administration into letting them see the entry, but there must be a really serious reason for it.)
To be on the safe side, you can post URLs as plaintext, not as links, so the interested readers can copy&paste.
