Amazed and astounded
17/04/2004 12:38 pmIzzie has just found the coolest and craziest thing since George Perec's 'La Disparition'
This guy from Canada was on the radio this morning and gave a sample of a language he invented for some of Gene Rodenberry's aliens. Sounded suspiciousssly like Parseltongue. Just love a man who offers a sample of a sentence that translates as "We come in peace" but which simultaneously means "We declare war"
I guesssss King George must also speak this same language.
But the best stuff Iz saves for last.
More of Christian Bok's marvellous excesses
(They ask for tips and donations to keep their authors off the street. For the first time, Iz feels bad for getting something free online because it is so damn good that he deserves lots and lots of silver sickles, and gold galleons too. When oh when are they going to enable online transactions for folks who refuse to get credit cards?)
Oh...and must also show the Izzie friends a Pickled Dragon stolen from the Dungeons of Icdedpeople
