We somehow suspect that toothless tiger that the UN is - the pathetic attempts at displaying authority and passing silly resolutions calling for a ceasefire is only working because it serves as a face saving device for Olmert. Israel is usually rather indifferent to the pronouncements of this pathetic bunch of gutless wimps and Hizbollah certainly don't consider themselves obliged to play nice either.

Was a most fascinating story on Late Night Live tonight about a certain Mr Abdul Khan from Pakistan. It's with the author of a new book with the intriguing title of "Shopping for bombs" Iz loves the idea of pottering into a duty free in Dubai and picking up our very own centrifuge for making DIY nukes. Can only keep the fingers crossed and hope that Nasrullah never gets to go shopping in Karachi street corners.
Israel has got the bomb but we can be sure of one thing - they ain't going to be selling it to anyone.

Two of the house elves at Izzie's day job are Indian and they never need an excuse to bitch and hiss and rant and rave about those folks across the border.
