izmeinaThe Izzie will be slinking off to Maastrich today - or rather to a little village in the general area. So our access to Cyberian Portkeys will be even more limited than it has been lately. Such a bummer. So much stuff happening and so little possibility to squiggle about it all.
Strange - the week we've been here now - not bumped into a single solitary netcafe on our travels. Guess we must be looking in the wrong places but usually the Izzie antennae are pretty good at sniffing out such slinking opportunities. Pity because evenings is our preferred time for pottering online.
Had ourselves a whole pile of juicy links and stuff - especially concerning a certain maritime museum and the Shrine to Capitalism (was worshipping at its altar yesterday - the much neglected former HeadQuarters of probably the world's very first transnational corporation. Not much mentioned in tourist guide books but this wannabee Goblin sniffed it out. Really should have been taking better notes when reading "Batavia's Graveyard" and we would have found even more tasty morsels)
Yesss. Been a busy little pilgrim python. But it will all have to be saved for another day.
