That 101 List

izmeinaIzzie's been a lazy lazy serpent. Originally intended to update the Izzie 101 list once a month around new moon time but been rather slack. But better late than never
Progress has slowed down a bit. Not much on the garden front. Did plant an almond tree but should have been a bit busier on the rainwater tanks front as there's been more rain up to August than for the whole of last year.
Will be visiting the Egyptian exhibition soon. It opened 21st July but we had other plans that day;) Not feeling bright and bubbly enough at present. No point in going when feeling like a moaning Myrtle
Bought a so called one touch backup external hard drive on Thursday with the intention of solving our backup problems once and for all. Followed the instructions and went through all the procedures but not sure if it's worked. The files being backed up were getting listed but since we are unable to actually find them, will assume it did not work and resort to the tedious procedure of copying and pasting folders. At least that way - might get some form of progress report.
Really - what the Izzie wants is a complete copy of the hard drive so that all our programs, piccies and music is safe as well as the usual documents folders
Not much doing in the divination department. Got lots of ideas for designing that tarot deck but not got anything in writing yet. Did get a very pretty black chalice on Thursday but it's stoneware and not silver with serpents on it.
The Dursley Dinner invite which got rescheduled from the end of May to last Monday did not happen. Had it requested and approved as a day off but then the Izzie went and got sick so that was the end of it. So now that the pa is off to England since Friday visiting dearest Dudley, nothing will be happening on that front until he returns in November
