The Moon in June

izmeinaIt's taken ages but finally did it. Seen the first glimmer of light from the full moon as it peeked over the horizon
Usually, bat eyed creature that I am, it is at least half way up before I find it
That did happen tonight on account of clouds on the horizon but last night was just perfect
Hugging a gum tree while the moonlight sparkles and dances on the river is a most magical way to end the day
I need all the tree hugs I can get after the latest desecration over at Number 4 Privet Drive but that's a tale for another day
