Oh Happy Day!
23/05/2004 11:29 pmIckle Iz is once again listening - but online this time to the radio program staring one John W Dean from the Darkest Days of USA president Nixon.
And why would Iz be so happy? Firstly she is at the Dursleys so can stay online as long as she likes with only a hop and a skip to the snug snakie rug in the corner right next to the computer.
Secondly - Iz has seen on the Muggle News that one Michael Moore has won the Grand Prix - not just some itsie bitsie pissy arty documentary prize as Iz originally thought - in the Cannes Film festival. Oh revenge is so so sweet.
Vive La France!
And King George must have been so so shocked at the news that he fell off his broomstick.
Yesterday - the ickle Iz is minding her own business at the Secret Garden Cafe when one of the waitresses asks if Iz is a writer of childrens' books since she always has that little mouse on the table and a big pot of green ink.
Iz replies - oh no but that is not a mouse but a Potter Rat. His name is Wormtail. "Wormhole?" she says "Strange Name" Oh not worm hole but Wormtail answers ickle Iz. But how sweet is that? Could not help but think how true it is what the Great White Witch said that Cafes are such a great place for writing. Unfortunately Izzie's intentions of finally snooping in the Ministry of Magic in a place where the Izzie cookie jar would be kept safely is not to be realized unless I choose to trust the content of some evil program to install flash player or whatever.
So no Ministry phones, feathers or cauldrons for the ickle Iz tonight.
Today the Iz stayed at home and only ventured out for a trip to the zoo - since we got to get the silver sickles to last until some time Wednesday evening and that includes a trip to St B and the Secret Garden cafe again on Tuesday.
Must be off for a snoop in other spots of Cyberia
